Poems by Marion of Austria...lovely international group we have here....:)
For Antonio!!
You are a wonderful,
worthy and loveable person.
Appreciate that
about yourself.
No one has ever been,
or ever will be,
quite like you.
You are an individual,
an original,
and all those things that make you
uniquely you
are deserving of love
and praise.
I will love you
not just for today
or a year from now
but within the heart of my feelings
where time can draw no boundaries
i will love you
not just as a memory of a moment shared
but in every glimpse of beauty
that stirs my senses ad captures
my pleasure to live.
When I walk alone
you will be the sun at my back
and the smile on my lips.
In my dreams
you will appear as the visions
I've yet to see.
Whether real or imagined
each part of my life is measured
with you at the center of love.
Happy Birthday Antonio!!!!

For Our Antonio!
(Translated from the German)
For you my thoughts burst into bloom
bathing in my feelings
I polish my thoughts
until they shine.
For you I dance upon one leg
singing loudly in the open street
until all the people make fun of me.
For you I reproach myself
I howl at the moon
and eat breakfast at midnight.
For you I shoulder my life lightly
and go with it to the end of the earth
where you await me!

My dream!
(Translated from the German)
I had a dream tonight
from which, alas, I woke too soon!
In this dream, yes, there you were
again I open my eyes
around everything once more to see
why was it only a dream
I can't understand!
So real and yet so far
you glittered like a star!
Your eyes so magical and wild
I see this image always!
I would gladly tell it to you
ah then I'd have to steal you
far away from this world
there'd be nothing more here to hold me.
You are the prince in my dream,
I could see only once with these eyes.
Then everything would once be clear
it was no dream, it was the Truth!
